This book takes the reader on a journey of self-discovery and awareness, through a self-evaluation model that allows one to evaluate where they are now and to set goals as to where they would like to be. This includes looking at our birth connections to nature, seasons, elements, and kingdoms (animal, plant, and mineral) through charts and colours. Each birth quadrant relates to varying colours, seasons, and kingdoms, giving one a greater understanding of self, and tools to assist one in overcoming lifeÕs challenges. The L.E.4 modality teaches four essential daily practices relating to each quadrant of the L.E.4 model.
